About Our Services
We provide virtual parent coaching and caregiver education focused on early childhood communication development. Services may include: Virtual coaching sessions Communication strategy support Educational resources and materials Follow-up communication as included in your package
Important Disclaimer
Our Services are educational and coaching-based only. We do NOT: Diagnose speech or developmental disorders Provide clinical therapy or medical treatment Replace licensed SLP or medical care Provide emergency services
No Provider Relationship
No clinical, medical, or therapeutic provider-client relationship is created. All services are educational in nature.
State Availability
Services are only available in Wisconsin, North Carolina, Virginia, and Colorado. You confirm you are located in one of these states when booking Services.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to: Provide accurate information Supervise your child during sessions Understand coaching is not a substitute for clinical care Implement strategies at your own discretion Results vary based on consistency and individual circumstances.
Telepractice Notice
Services are provided virtually. We are not responsible for: Internet or device issues Third-party platform interruptions Technical failures outside our control
Confidentiality
We keep your information confidential and do not sell or share it. We are not a HIPAA-covered entity but use secure systems and maintain professional confidentiality standards. We may disclose information if required by law.
Payment & Scheduling
Payment is required before services begin 24-hour cancellation policy applies Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable

By providing your email, you agree to receive communications from COTO Speech & Language. You may unsubscribe anytime.
Intellectual Property
All materials are owned by COTO Speech & Language and may not be copied or shared without permission.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages arising from use of our Services. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for Services.

These Terms are governed by Wisconsin law.
